Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the unit is clean, unused, and secured in its original packaging with all included manuals, accessories, and hardware components.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Depending on the item size, we will either coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence or provide instructions for a local showroom drop-off.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
